Fitness Bands

I received these bands in the mail today. I opened them immediately, because I was so excited to try them out! I've never used thee before, and they are so easy! The green is the stretchiest, and the black is the thickest. I'll keep doing green for a bit, and then increase each color as I go to increase my resistance! They are extremely durable. The rubber doesn't show any signs of wear when pulling/stretching them. They have no smell either, which is huge for me! The item arrived sealed in a plastic bag. Inside of the main bag, was each band, each sealed in it's own plastic bag. Each band has Fitness Answered wrote on it and at the end, says what type of band it is. The Green is Light, Red is Heavy, Blue is Medium and Black is X-Heavy. I love that they say what resistance they are on the product. Overall, this product is great, and I can't wait to keep using it!
